With all that said, I am actually happy to announce that due to their inadequacy in serving me what I wanted, when I wanted...they are now closed. What I do pity is the original owner, the Cannon's I fell in love with no longer existed and it is just as well that its impostor and its blueberry bread pudding, no catfish eitenne', french fry serving butts are out of work now.
With that said, I'm up for some major remodeling of my weekend. Maybe this is a good time for change! I'm inviting even more new people to Mardi Gras and preparing Napoleon and Prytania for its future as a child-friendly street corner. (With lovely friends like Lauren & Donnie, Derrick & Sheila all having babies, and perhaps my own future children I guess it's time to make this change).
I'll be in search of a new lunch plan and perhaps even a new Sparta after-party plan. Hang in there, it'll be a good time no matter what!
